Delivering the project

The redevelopment is being delivered through a partnership between:

• Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board – project sponsor and operator of the hospital
• Welsh Government – funding and strategic support
• Construction partner - Tilbury Douglas Construction

The programme is carefully planned to ensure that construction work can take place safely alongside the day-to-day operation of a busy hospital.

Large-scale infrastructure upgrades, including plant rooms, new entrances and building services, are being delivered alongside improvements to clinical departments across the hospital site.
