This year’s event will be held in person at The Hub, Royal Glamorgan Hospital Site, Gwaun Elai, Llantrisant, CF72 8XR. Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board will be held on Thursday, 30 July 2026 at 10:00am at The Hub, Royal Glamorgan Hospital Site, Llantrisant, CF72 8XR. Meetings of the Health Board will be held in public and therefore members of the public are welcome to attend in person and observe the meeting.
The meetings are also livestreamed using Microsoft Teams and the public can join these meetings using the following link. As attendees you will be able to observe the meeting in Microsoft Teams - desktop (Windows or Mac), web, or mobile. If you do not have Microsoft Teams, you can also use a browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge). Please note Safari is not currently supported.

Should you wish to observe any Board meeting and require British Sign Language, please contact CTM_Corporate_Governance@wales.nhs.uk and we will endeavour to provide this service.
As the Health Board will be ‘meeting in public’ it is important to note that this is not a public meeting. In a public meeting, questions may be asked during the course of the meeting, whilst questions are taken after the completion of consideration of all agenda items during a meeting in public.
To this end, we accommodate questions in advance up to three working days prior to the meeting, in order to allow accurate responses to be provided in a timely manner. Please send us any questions relating to items on the agenda by emailing: CTM_Corporate_Governance@wales.nhs.uk. The questions will be responded to at the end of the meeting.
The Chair may apply their discretion in determining whether to accept questions that arise from the public on the day of the meeting. Under these circumstances, the Board reserves the right to defer the provision of a response in order to allow sufficient time for verification and accuracy, normally within 7 working days.
