Supporting Veterans and the wider Armed Forces community of Cwm Taf Morgannwg

As we mark Armed Forces Week and reflect on the sacrifices made by those who serve and have served, Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board honours and celebrates the service and contribution of our Armed Forces community, including serving personnel, veterans, reservists and their families.

As a Veteran friendly organisation, and through our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant and achievement of the Silver Award in the Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), we are dedicated to ensuring that those who serve, or have served, are treated with fairness, respect and understanding, and can access the care and support they need.

We are proudly partnering with local veteran hubs across our region, alongside our three Community Voluntary Councils -BAVO, VAMT and Interlink RCT, to bring armed forces support closer to our communities.

This partnership work is also supported by CTM NHS Charity, as part of its commitment to helping make a real difference for patients, families, NHS staff and communities across Cwm Taf Morgannwg.
