The Research & Development Team look forward to meeting you all on Wednesday 25th November 2026 at the Castle Suite, Vale Resort, Hensol.
Throughout the day, there will be an opportunity for all delegates to hear the Oral Presentations and review the Posters showcasing the high quality, multi professional collaborative Research & Development being undertaken cross the Health Board. There is also an opportunity to network and visit our conference Sponsors and exhibitor stands.

Call For Abstracts Now Open!
The Research and Development department are pleased to invite NHS staff, academic colleagues, and research partners to submit abstract(s) of their research and development / service evaluation work to the department with a view of presentation at the Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board Research and Development Conference 2026.
The abstracts may result from research or service development/evaluation* undertaken as part of an academic qualification (e.g., Bachelors, Masters, PhD, MD, Royal College membership projects, management qualification) or a programmed schedule of work related to a demonstrable improvement in service delivery and can take the form of:

*Please note that any Research or Service Evaluations that have NOT been formally registered with the Research & Development Department cannot be accepted for the conference. However, we are able to retrospectively approve Service Evaluations and Service Support projects.
