Inpatient Stroke Service
Referrals accepted from Acute Stroke (Ward 10, Prince Charles Hospital) and from Specialist Stroke Rehabilitation (Ward D4, Ysbyty Cwm Rhondda).
Outpatient Stroke Service
Referrals accepted from clinicians on the stroke pathway for individuals who have experienced a stroke within the last 2 years and have psychological or cognitive needs.
