We are proud to join organisations across the UK in celebrating Healthcare Estates and Facilities Day (#HealthEFMDay), recognising the essential contribution of colleagues who help keep our services safe and running smoothly every day.
Working across a wide range of roles, and often behind the scenes, Estates and Facilities teams play a vital part in patient care – from maintaining buildings and equipment, to ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, managing waste, providing catering services and creating safe, welcoming environments.
Across CTM, their skills and dedication help protect patient safety, enhance experience and support frontline services to deliver high-quality care.
Staff spotlights
As part of this year’s #HealthEFMDay, we are shining a spotlight on some of the 1,372 members of staff (10% of our entire workforce!) who make a difference every day.
Staff stories shared across our social media channels highlight the dedication, professionalism and pride that exists throughout Estates and Facilities services.
Additionally, if you’re visiting one of our sites today take a moment to leave a message in our thank you and suggestions box.
