We offer an 8 week Foodwise for Life healthy lifestyle programme, or if unable to commit to this a one off introductory session to improving your eating patterns.
Foodwise for Life is delivered by trained Dietetic Assistant Practitioners over 8 weeks; sessions are fun and informal and cover a range of topics to encourage and support you.
Sessions may be delivered alongside exercise or practical cooking sessions if available and can be delivered either virtually or face-to-face in community venues. The sessions cover the following content:
