People's Experience

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is committed to further developing and improving positive patient experience, through a number of different services and feedback opportunities. In this context, the reference to ‘people’ and ‘people’s experience’ is used to reflect all those who experience NHS services and encompassed patients, families, unpaid carers and others alike.

The People’s Experience Team helps clinical teams in delivering care and support to people and staff to ensure that the services maintain their voice at the centre of all we do. The different services are highlighted below:
