In 2020, Stuart became one of the first employees within NHS Wales to join the NHS Digital Academy Alumni at Imperial College London, and plays a lead role in developing digital capabilities across NHS Wales.

In the summer 2021, on behalf of digital leaders across South East Wales, Stuart was the NHS lead that developed a successful proposal for a national Digital Intensive Learning Academy that launched in the autumn.

On joining Team CTM, Stuart said:  “I am absolutely delighted to be joining Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board at such an exciting point in the continued development of the organisation. I am really looking forward to meeting colleagues from across the Health Board, and working with everyone to see how digital can improve the services we provide for the patients and communities we serve.”

Chief Executive at CTMUHB, Paul Mears said:  “I know Stuart will make a great contribution on our digital agenda as well as support the wider improvement and development of our organisation.
