Visiting Rules Relaxed at Cwm Taf Morgannwg

Visiting restrictions have now been relaxed in our hospitals as Covid cases in the community fall.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We know it's not been easy having restrictions to visiting in place, but it's been so important to keep our vulnerable patients safe during a difficult time. We appreciate all the effort and sacrifices you've made.

We have now moved to a policy of visiting with a purpose, enabling visitors to book a visiting slot with the ward and continuing to ask visitors comply with social distancing and the wearing of masks to mitigate risks.

Visiting should be with a clear purpose and be based on the best interests of the patient/service user. All visits must be arranged in advance with the relevant ward, and should include a maximum of two visitors for the duration of the planned visit. We ask you to enter the hospital site on your own unless otherwise agreed.
