Financial statements, budgets and variance reports
Details of the Annual Accounts and Annual Reports are available on our site. The Health Board’s Integrated Medium Term Plans (3 Year Plans) outlines the organisation’s plans to spend its money and includes the key risks to the financial plan. Variance reports are included in the financial report to each Board Meeting.
Financial audit reports

Senior staff and board members’ allowances and expenses
Details of senior staff and board members’ allowances and expenses are included within the Annual Reports.
Staff pay and grading structures
Senior staff salaries are included with the annual reports. Staff salary ranges are agreed in line with Agenda for Change pay scales within Wales.
Funding (including endowment funds)
Funding information is included in the Annual Reports.
Procurement and tendering procedures
Since April 2011, the procurement function of the Health Board is undertaken through a partnership arrangement by the Procurement Services arm of the NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership.
All details relating to procurement and tendering procedures for the acquisition of goods and services are set out in the Health Board’s Standing Financial Instructions (SFIs).
