Our aim is to make CTM a great place to work by listening and working with employees to address their day to day frustrations.
Established in 2020, the Employee Experience and Wellbeing Service is available to everyone who works for CTM UHB and it aims to support the emotional, physical and financial wellbeing of staff and to make CTM a great place to work.
