What we do
Outreach and recovery teams support individuals who experience symptoms of psychosis and who find it difficult to engage with services.
Can anyone use this service?
A referral is required from the Community Mental Health Team (usually the individual's care coordinator).
What to expect
The team is multidisciplinary and comprised of Community Psychiatric Nurses, an Occupational Therapist, Consultant Psychiatrist, Clinical Psychologist, Health Care Support Workers and administration. We provide individualised support to individuals through a recovery based approach, with the emphasis on improving an individual’s quality of life.
