What is Innovation?
Innovation is one of the means that can be used to develop new ways of doing things, ideas, products and services. Public service-led innovation allows the public sector to deliver more effective and efficient services and gives greater scope for business to generate innovative solutions for the public sector. Innovation isn’t just the successful exploitation of new ideas but the willingness to test and try out something new, that isn’t guaranteed to work, but has the potential to make impactful and sustainable change a reality
