Who are we?

The Change Hub, formerly known as the Programme Management Office (PMO), consists of a group of individuals who are involved in a variety of different projects. The Change Hub team collaborates with all levels of the organisation to define goals, empower others and support wider teams to ensure that change is delivered to the best possible standard.

The Change Hub team supports the wider organisation with their talents, expertise and practical advice and are here to help and engage employees so they can meet difficulties and maximise opportunities.


The PMO was established in 2013. Most recently The Change Hub has now come under ICTM where it focuses on building capacity and capability in line with the CTM 2030 Strategy: Our Health, Our Future.
