Janine is the definition of what a star midwife should be. She combines breath of knowledge and experience with friendliness and massive heart, not to mention amazing sense of humour. Janine has been reliable and trustworthy. She has delivered on all of her promises and remembered the little details, like my babies chosen name. She has given me time to talk about my worries and feelings and validated them. She has made me feel listened to, made me feel important and cared for. She has felt like a member of family and we looked forward to her visits rather than treat them like a chore. She is incredible!!!
