Raising a Concern

Pathology is committed to continual learning and improvement, and we are always striving to provide the best possible care to our patients. However we recognise that sometimes your experience of Pathology services may not be as positive as we would have expected, and it is important that we hear about this, so that we can learn from this and improve experience for other patients.

If you feel dissatisfied with the service you have received you may log a complaint or concern using the Health boards Concerns & Complaints website https://ctmuhb.nhs.wales/contact-us/concerns-complaints/ .

Alternatively you may provide feedback direct to Pathology using the contact mechanisms above, a member of Pathology staff will advise as to whether your feedback should be logged more formally using the Health Board website.
