Resilient Families
The Service aims to deliver improved support to families in quicker response times; shorter and sharper diagnostic assessment; a trusted single point of contact and pro-active practical support to engage with interventions designed to increase resilience levels.
Referrals can be made to the Service via the Information, Advice and Assistance (IAA) Team in the following way:

All referrals will be ‘triaged’ by the IAA Team for allocation according to risk/need. Referrals received by the IAA Team that do not reach Children’s Services threshold but are deemed appropriate for intervention will be allocated to the Resilient Families Service. Emails will be read during office hours only Monday – Friday between 08:30am – 17:00pm.
YEPS
YEPS offers young people 11-25 access to a variety of FREE activities across a number of schools and youth settings. These include afterschool activities and youth clubs. Youth clubs currently run between 6pm and 8pm Monday to Friday. As a young person you can get involved by seeing your YEPS worker in schools, colleges, or via the website.
YEPS provide information, advice and guidance to young people on a one to one basis (referral work) and/or group sessions.
