Trauma First Aid

Purpose of the service

We provide therapeutic and psychoeducational support to individual staff and/or teams who are experiencing distress in relation to a trauma/traumatic event at work.

What does it involve

Initial consultation with team/individual within 1-3 days, 2-4 week check-in, then 8-12 week follow-up. This can take place both face to face and/or via Teams.
