CTM Staff Vaccinations

The following information relates to the 2025-26 flu season.

We know that flu circulates every winter. As we head into the colder months, it's more important than ever to protect ourselves and those around us. One of the simplest and most effective ways to do that is by getting a free flu vaccination.

Why vaccination matters

All CTM staff are eligible for a free flu vaccine.

Even if you’re fit and well, you can still catch and pass on the flu. In a hospital or care setting you're also more likely to be exposed to flu because it's easier for viruses to spread in busy places - especially where people may already be unwell or vulnerable.

The flu vaccine is your best defence and will give you the best chance of protecting yourself, your family, patients, colleagues and the NHS this winter.
