Dietetic Professional Manager – Public Health and Merthyr PIPYN Programme Lead

Hi, I’m Shelley, Dietetic Professional Manager for Public Health and Merthyr PIPYN Programme Lead.

I work with communities across all of Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board and have done so since 2011.

I find nothing more rewarding than finding out what communities want, to support health and wellbeing and working with them to design services they both want and need, and Merthyr PIPYN is no exception!

Designing services, seeing them through to delivery and evaluating what difference they have made is the best feeling ever!

Working with children and families is a real passion of mine, having 6 year old daughter myself.

My favourite healthy recipe is our Fruity Chicken Curry and our Savoury muffins. My whole family love both recipes, they are quick, easy, cheap to make and tasty. The muffins are ideal fresh, in packed lunches or for picnics.
