Merthyr PIPYN Practitioner

Hello! I am Lisa Sheehan and I work as a Dietetic Assistant Practitioner for the Merthyr PIPYN, Children and Families Team in Merthyr Tydfil. I joined the Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board Public Health Dietetics Team in July 2022.

I love to help and support positive changes to food, nutrition and physical activity for children and families within Merthyr Tydfil and to enable the community to live healthier lifestyle that will improve their wellbeing.

I enjoy being outdoors and spending quality time with my family, my favourite healthy recipe is pork & apple burgers with a cheesy apple slaw.
