Merthyr PIPYN Practitioner

Hi, I’m Carianne, I work as a Dietetic Assistant Practitioner for Merthyr PIPYN, Children and Families project in Merthyr Tydfil. I joined the Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board Public Health Dietetics Team in May 2022.

I love to support families make a positive changes to their food, nutrition and physical activity that will improve their overall health and wellbeing.

I enjoy spending time with my family and teaching my nephews healthy recipes and gardening.

My favourite healthy recipe is Spaghetti Bolognese (wholemeal spaghetti).
