Valleys Steps | Free Mindfulness and Stress Control Courses
Free open access/self-referral community based self-help courses including: Stress control: The course aims to help people understand the causes of stress and how to manage its symptoms; Mindfulness: This course is based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with some meditation (sessions are walk in/self-referral); Other courses include: 5 ways to well-being, sleep, take time out, panic and anxiety, managing difficult thoughts.

Help Me Quit | Stop Smoking Services In Wales
Offer a range of services such as free group sessions, 1-2-1 support, telephone support and pharmacy support. You can self-refer or with verbal permission you can refer an individual via e-referral. There are 49 pharmacies across CTM delivering 1-2-1 cessation support.

If needed, they’ll issue you with a voucher so you can get an emergency food parcel from your local food bank.
