Introducing electronic prescribing in our hospitals
We are Introducing a new digital system for prescribing and administering medication in our hospitals called electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (ePMA).
ePMA aims to make the prescribing, dispensing and administration of medicines everywhere in Wales easier, safer, more efficient and effective, for both patients and clinicians.
We will be implementing ePMA across our three acute hospital sites and community hospitals, starting with the Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend.
