Public Drop-In Session

People can attend a public drop-in engagement session, where you will find out more about the proposal and ask any questions Details are below:

This is a chance to:

  • Pick up printed information
  • Get help to complete the public survey
  • Ask questions and share your thoughts during 121 conversations

There will not be a formal presentation during the session. This will be an informal, conversational space where you can drop in at any time during the session.

Our staff are there to listen, provide information, and support you. We kindly ask that everyone attending treats staff with courtesy and respect so that we can create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone attending the session, and for anyone visiting the venue for other activities.

Please note that capacity of the venue is limited and numbers will be carefully monitored to ensure public safety and comfort.
