Jess's journey of self-reflection and growth has been impressive. In class, she has set daily targets, constantly striving to improve and build on her knowledge. This proactive approach has played a key role in her successful learning of new tasks within the department. Jess’s dedication has not gone unnoticed, she has received outstanding feedback about her positive attitude and work performance from both colleagues and supervisors.  

Her ability to take initiative was highlighted when she led an engaging Employment Planning Meeting, a testament to her leadership skills and growing confidence. Feedback from her department has been consistently glowing, with comments highlighting her effort and teamwork. 

In addition to her professional achievements, Jess has also taken the opportunity to apply the Welsh language skills she learned in the recent ‘Welsh at Work’ session, confidently incorporating Welsh phrases into her conversations with colleagues. Da iawn, Jess!
