“Declan’s incredible transformation over the past few months has been nothing short of inspiring.
When Declan first joined the Project SEARCH program at Prince Charles Hospital in April 2024, he was quiet and reserved. However, in just a short period, his confidence has soared, and he is now confidently carrying out mail runs independently, showing remarkable growth and proving himself to be a valuable member of the CTM family.
Declan’s strong work ethic is evident every day as he consistently demonstrates a willingness to take on new tasks. His positive attitude and dedication not only make him an asset to the internship program but also reflect his personal growth and commitment to his role.
A huge shout-out goes to the mailroom staff at Prince Charles Hospital for their unwavering support. Since joining the program, they have welcomed Declan with open arms, helping him develop both professionally and socially. Declan now works largely independently, confidently carrying out his duties and feeling right at home within the team.
Declan’s progress is a direct result of the fantastic support from his mentors, Colin and Jess. Their guidance and encouragement have been instrumental in helping Declan grow both professionally and personally.
Colin shared, “It’s been a real pleasure to have Declan here with us. He is doing really well.” Jess added, “Declan has been a great help to us here in the mailroom. We’ll miss him when he goes on his next rotation.”
Well done, Declan! Your confidence, dedication, and hard work are truly inspiring. Keep up the amazing work—you’re achieving incredible things!
