More Awards for CTM's Workforce and Development Team!

Earlier this month, at the Healthcare People Management Association (HPMA) Excellence in People Awards, CTM UHB was excited to be shortlisted for two significant awards. The HPMA awards recognise and celebrate the work of HR, OD and workforce professionals across the UK. 

On the night, the Organisational Development Team (Becky Dyer, Matthew Bidgood and Fahmin Khanum) were highly commended and recognised by the judges for their work in changing a working culture and embedding our values throughout the organisation.  

Rhian Lewis, who works within the Learning & Development Team was the national winner of the Rising Star Award, recognising her achievements in developing CTM staff through apprenticeship opportunities and the creating of the new CTM Apprenticeship Academy, further helping to create new pathways to employment and help address some of the skills gaps of the future.

Nick Carter, Head of People Development said; “The Team is so proud. Both awards recognise how our teams seek to consistently exceed all of our expectations and make a real impact and difference to our staff and working lives.”
