Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTM UHB) is proud to be shortlisted in two categories at this year’s HSJ Digital Awards; recognition of its dedication to pioneering digital solutions that are shaping the future of healthcare across the UK.
The HSJ Digital Awards shine a light on teams and organisations driving meaningful change through technology, improving patient outcomes, streamlining processes, and enhancing the overall quality of care. Being shortlisted is a testament to CTM’s unwavering commitment to innovation and excellence in digital healthcare.
Both of the Heath Board’s award-nominated projects are led by Cheri Lewis, Senior Midwifery Information Officer, whose leadership continues to drive inclusive, future-focused digital transformation in maternity services across Wales.
Cheri is shortlisted in the Digital Leader of the Year category as well as for the Digital Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Award. She leads a project, the first of its kind in Wales, which provides data SIM cards to women and families in need, ensuring they have reliable access to essential digital resources.
Suzanne Hardacre, Director of Midwifery for the Health Board said: “We are enormously proud of Cheri and the amazing contribution she is making to improve the care received by so many of our women and families. Her focus on digital inclusion means that our families can all have equal access to essential digital services. Congratulations Cheri!”
