At CTM, we have a dedicated Welsh Language team to support our staff in using more Welsh at work!

Promoting Welsh language rights in the workplace is central to our commitment to fair work, equality, and social justice at Cwm Taf Morgannwg.

Our commitment to the Welsh language enables CTM staff to:

• Learn Welsh at work at all levels, wherever you are on your language journey, and for free
• Use Welsh at work including at computers with Microsoft packages and Teams.

• Use Welsh in your professional development with PDR materials available in Welsh.

• Use Welsh when it really matters, such as for complaints, HR policies, and processes.

• Use Welsh as professional healthcare registrants with regulatory bodies like the RCN.
