Sign up on getfit.wales or visit our CTM Eisteddfod stand.
You will need a mobile phone to take part.
Colleagues from Get Fit Wales and Cwm Taf Morgannwg will be on hand to help you get started and to answer any questions.
Check out the Eisteddfod map in your Getfit.Wales account.
Walk and visit each zone at the festival. Your GPS will track your progress and turn the zones green on the map on the Getfit.wales website.
Visit all Eisteddfod zones to finish the challenge and get entered into a daily raffle. We will announce winners at 4pm every day through randomised selection and you will receive a message via the Get Fit Wales app if you have won a prize. Collect your prize from the Cwm Taf Morgannwg stand. If you have already left the site and win one of the Fitbits, Get Fit Wales will make arrangements to get your prize to you.
Complete the challenge to be in with a chance of winning the main prize – one of seven Fitbits! (One prize per day.) There are also 80 CTM Wellness Improvement Service (WISE) water bottles for runners up.
Everyone who signs up to the challenge will receive a Get Fit Wales sticker.
The challenge is designed to be fun and help people to be active, but we want to make sure it’s fair for everyone so have created a few rules around the challenge.
Each participant can win the top prize (a Fitbit) only once. If you have already won the Fitbit in a previous day, you will not be eligible to win it again. Subsequent winners will receive the secondary prize (a water bottle).
The health board wishes to thank Get Fit Wales for their partnership support around this exciting physical wellbeing challenge.

We are delighted to have worked with members of Cwm Taf People First who have helped us put together an easy read version of our Eisteddfod programme.
Cwm Taf People First are a charity that is run by and for people with learning disabilities who live in the areas of Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr, Blaenau Gwent and Torfaen. Their aim is to empower members to challenge prejudice and discrimination through training, education and support.
You can view a digital copy of the easy read version or collect a paper copy from our stand during the Eisteddfod.
The CTM Value Based Health team collaborates with CEDAR to ensure that Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) are accurately translated into Welsh. This partnership is crucial because PROMs are essential tools for understanding patient symptoms and quality of life, which in turn helps improve healthcare services. By working with CEDAR, the Value Based Health team ensures that Welsh-speaking patients can effectively participate in PROMs, providing valuable feedback that informs and enhances the care they receive.
Ask at our Eisteddfod stand how you can get involved.
