Latest Service Updates

Keeping you safe is our number one priority.

Cwm Taf Morgannwg’s (CTM) paramount commitment is to make as many essential and non-essential services available to its local population again, while protecting the health and safety of CTM communities, service users and staff. CTM is closely monitoring the developments regarding COVID-19 and is taking proactive steps to introduce service changes that have worked, where safe to do so. Infection prevention guidance is central to all our decisions.

Our Health Board is committed to sharing key information regarding CTM’s ongoing response to COVID-19 and measures being taken to limit the impact of the virus. CTM will continue to keep you informed of the latest service changes to affect your care.

Some services may take longer to restart than others, and may be delivered in a slightly different way to before the pandemic. We ask for your continued understanding and cooperation as we work through these changes. Together we can prevent the spread of coronavirus and keep our communities safe.

We have set up a patient support line for restarting services which can be contacted for general advice about this work.

Please note the team are unable to deal with clinical queries, if you need clinical advice with your health condition, please contact your local pharmacy, use the 111 website, contact your GP, your local minor injuries unit or, if it’s an emergency, your local emergency department.
