Working together to protect vulnerable people

The Health Board and several third sector partners are working together to support vulnerable people across Cwm Taf Morgannwg this winter through a targeted vaccination and health protection plan. Together, we are co-designing our public facing 25/26 winter vaccination and health protection campaign for rolling out across our communities this autumn.
