Did you know we have a dedicated careers site for job opportunities across Cwm Taf Morgannwg: Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board – Join CTM. It highlights the wide range of roles available and showcases our culture, values, and commitment to career development.

We are currently developing the site and would welcome your feedback of what information and resources would be most valuable to job seekers. For example, we plan to offer more guidance on how to access the hundreds of roles and career options available, as well as giving details of the roles themselves and what it’s like to work in different parts of our health board.
