The CTMUHB serves a diverse population of 450,000 residents residing in Bridgend, Merthyr Tydfil, and Rhondda Cynon Taf County Boroughs. This extensive service area underscores the commitment to providing accessible and impactful wellness support to a wide range of individuals.

Click on “Register for the WISE Service”:

Look for the “Register for the WISE Service” link on the website placed at the bottom of the page.

Follow the Instructions:  WISE has designed the registration process to be user-friendly. Just follow the clear instructions provided, and you’ll be well on your way.

Personalise Your Journey:  During registration, you’ll have the chance to share some information about yourself. This helps WISE and their coaches customise their support to your unique needs and preferences.

Connect with the Community:  Once you’ve completed registration, you’ll become an integral part of the WISE community. Engage with others, ask questions, and share your experiences. It’s a supportive space where you’ll find encouragement and inspiration.
