Rest, Recharge, Reconnect (RRR)

Purpose of this service

A two-hour introduction to the benefits of mindfulness and self-compassion. We know staff need space and time to be able to explore new skills, techniques and develop tools to support emotional wellbeing. Rest, Recharge and reconnect provides tools that can be used immediately and hopefully will stimulate curiosity about the benefits of compassion-based mindfulness. This is the starting point on a progressive pathway to living mindfully. Nearly 900 staff have experienced mindfulness as part of Living and Working Mindfully@ CTM.

 

What does it involve

A meeting on MS Teams, with between four and seven staff. Please ensure your camera and microphone are working before the session and that you have a confidential space in which to practice meditation/mindfulness. All participants should be engaged and want to undertake the session and understand the session purpose.
