Supporting you to integrate mindfulness into your daily life. Progressive journey through basic mindfulness techniques and meditations which support stress management, managing anxiety, general interest in becoming more aware, improving emotional regulation, Emotional Intelligence and overall wellbeing. Drop-in sessions available following completion of MBLC.
Eight, two and a half hourly sessions per week, on MS Teams.
Participants must be able to sign up to all eight sessions, to commence the course. A pre-course conversation with your facilitator will ensure that this course is right for you at this time.
Please ensure your camera and microphone are working before the session and that you have a confidential space in which to practice meditation/mindfulness. All participants should be engaged and want to undertake the session and understand the session purpose.
