What we do
Our expert care team offer assessment and individualised care planning collaboratively with our patients. We use a number of outcome measures to monitor our performance
Can anyone use this service?
Individuals with complex and persistent mental health difficulties associated with high levels of distress may benefit from this service.
Two of the units accept both genders. One unit is male only (Supported Recovery Unit).
Generally patients will come to us from treatment wards in the mental health units of the larger district general hospitals, from secure environments, and occasionally from home.
All referrals into the service are made by professionals who are already involved in the care of the person.
What to expect
Following a referral from a professional, the individual will be discussed in our single point of entry meeting. If appropriate an assessment will be arranged by our rehabilitation staff. We will then feedback to the referring team and the individual about appropriateness of suitability of our service, if not we will give recommendations for alternative options.
Contact Us
Whilst we do not accept direct referrals from anyone other than a professional working with the person, you are able to make contact with us for discussion on the telephone numbers below.
