We are wanting feedback on our services. CIVICA is a patient feedback system that allows us as a Health Board to understand how the services we are providing are working and to listen, learn and act upon how you say we need to improve.

PALS (Patient Advisory Liaison Service)

The Patient Advice Liaison Service (PALS) provides free confidential advice, information and support. We can help you with any concerns or queries you may have about your care, a loved one’s or someone you support, providing help when you need it, or don’t know where to turn.
