CTM Award Recognition

Best resourcing and talent management initiative

The award recognises creative and effective talent attraction, retention, talent management, workforce planning, and restructuring strategies that take into account current and future needs of the organisation. CTM were recognised for expanding pathways to employment from our communities into our workforce.

Heather Porch, award winner and Assistant People Services Coach said: It feels incredible to be recognised for this fulfilling area of work. These schemes ensure that we are diversifying our workforce and being an anchor institution within our communities by providing valuable, inclusive work experiences.”

Best learning and development / organisation development initiative

This award was received by CTM’s Organisational Development Managers. The award recognises strong links between achieving business goals and organisation development activity, and/or learning and development strategies to boost skills and improve performance.

CTM were recognised and were an example of how organisations can make ‘Values’ usable, demonstrating a great link through a targeted Organisational Development Initiative that clearly addresses the organisational needs and provides for a great measure of impact.

Becky Dyer, CTM award winner and Organisational Devlopment Manager said: “To be finalists amongst such a prestigious group was an award in itself, so the win on the night was the icing on the cake.”

Best Apprenticeship Scheme (Highly Commended)

The award recognises organisations clearly committed to delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes, demonstrating how they are integrated into the organisation’s wider workforce planning, providing great opportunities for learners to progress, and supporting efforts to increase diversity and inclusion.

Congratulations to our teams on being recognised for their outstanding and continued hard work – we are incredibly proud!
