At Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to get in touch with us—whenever you need support, advice, or information. That’s why we’re starting a new project to improve our patient contact services, using the latest technology to make your experience faster and more convenient.
The most important part of this project is you. We want to hear from people living in the CTM region about what matters most when contacting your health board. Your feedback will help us design services that truly work for you and your loved ones.
We’re inviting people living in the CTMUHB region to take part in our Patient Contact Services survey, which will be open until Sunday 12 October 2025. By sharing your thoughts, you’ll help us create a service that fits your needs and preferences.
Paul Mears (Chief Executive) said: “We’re excited to be working on this programme, because it’s all about making it easier for you to connect with us. In 2025, we know you expect to interact with health services as easily as you do with other parts of your life. We want to use the best technology to give you more choice and flexibility in how you communicate with us. Your feedback is essential as we redesign our patient contact services. Thank you to everyone who has supported this project so far—we’re looking forward to hearing your views.”
Please take a few minutes to complete our survey. Your voice will help us build a better, more responsive service for you and your community.
You can access the survey in English and Welsh online by clicking here
Printed copies of the survey will also be available in Welsh, English and Easy Read formats. You can collect a printed copy from the Outpatients departments at:
