The Facilities is relaunching its Patient and Customer Satisfaction and Experience Quality feedback surveys on 1st September 2021.
These feedback surveys will provide an opportunity for all patients and service users to give their opinions on various aspects of each service, such as quality, patient dignity, ward cleanliness, catering and porter services and make helpful suggestions on how to maintain and improve upon our services where necessary.
There will be a survey for each of the following Facilities services:
Posters and cards with QR code and links to each survey will be displayed across all CTM sites where appropriate and the survey links will also be advertised on our Intranet (Sharepoint) and CTM’s website. All staff can also access them above and via the Facilities Home Page on Sharepoint.
When you use Facilities services we would be grateful if you could complete the relevant survey of the service(s) you use and encourage our patients and visitors to do the same.
