Exciting new opportunity to lead our Maternity and Neonatal Partnership Group

At CTM, we are looking for a new paid chairperson to re-launch our Maternity and Neonatal Voice partnership group, ‘My Maternity, My Way’. The post involves working for the Health Board for 15 hours per week.

A Maternity and Neonatal Voice Partnership (MNVP) is a group of lay people and representatives who form a network to improve maternity and neonatal care within CTM.

The MNVP seeks feedback and listens to the experiences of families, and brings together service users, staff and other stakeholders to plan, review and improve maternity and neonatal care. Our aim is to ensure that the voices of service users are at the heart of all service improvements and developments.

Have you given birth within the last five years?
Are you passionate about improving maternity and neonatal care and experiences?
Do you have good leadership and communication skills?
Do you have experience of building networks and engaging with groups and communities?
