Mental Health Information
If need to talk to someone urgently about your mental health, or you’re concerned about a friend or family member, call NHS 111 Wales and select option 2. You will be put into direct contact with a mental health professional in your area.
The service is available for people of all ages, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
NHS 111 press 2 is free to call from a landline - even if you have no credit.
You can also visit one of the mental health and wellbeing support organisations at the Eisteddfod.
