I have worked for CTM as a physiotherapist since 2019, having graduated from Cardiff University in 2018, leaving my previous career as an Outdoor Instructor. I have worked in most services across the whole of CTM before settling as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist in RGH.

I am a steward for the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy Trade Union and passionate about supporting the staff voice to be heard. I strongly believe that this fosters a positive and empowered workforce which ultimately leads to excellent patient care.

I still have strong links to the outdoors and outside of work you can find me in the mountains, on or in the ocean, floating down a river or wandering along the beautiful coastlines or woodlands of Wales.
