Healthy Lifestyles group

Our Healthy Lifestyles course is a 10-week group course designed to encourage healthy eating, exercise and address food-related behaviours, beliefs, and habits. The aim is to help people feel better about themselves, improve fitness, lose weight and improve their overall wellbeing.

Duration: 10 week course.  Initial session lasting 1 ½ hours with all subsequent sessions lasting an hour.
