The CTM UHB Multi-Professional Primary and Community Care Academy is part of an All Wales network of academies supported by Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW).
Vision
To facilitate the delivery of high-quality education and training for people working in primary and community care to support the delivery of excellent evidence based person-centred care.
Within the CTM UHB Academy we are working towards becoming your local ‘go to’ place for any information about primary care workforce, education and development.
