HENRY Offers: Support to parents and carers of children aged 0-5 year’s old living in Cwm Taf Morgannwg. We are offering free workshops both in person and online to join on to.

The HENRY programme for CTM is having a make-over for 2024!

All referrals for the 8 week programme have now paused to allow time to work with families to consider their individual needs across the whole of CTM UHB to create a new service offer for 2025! If you would like further information our email is HENRY_CTM_PHW@wales.nhs.uk.

We are currently offering families the below free 2.5 hour workshops:

Fussy Eating
Starting Solids (Designed for babies 2-8 months of age)
Healthy Drinks
Healthy Teeth
Eating well for less
Understanding Children’s Behaviour
Looking after yourselves (Designed for parents)
