An update to all NHS patients at Broadlands dental practice (Bridgend)
We are in the process of sending all NHS patients of Broadlands dental practice letters explaining how you will be access NHS treatment from August onwards.
We did say you will receive these letters by the end of July. We apologise, but there is a slight delay. We hope to have them with you during the month of August.
However, please be assured, you will still be able to access NHS dental services.
The letter will go into all the fine detail of what will happen, but in summary, it will explain how you will be able to access routine care from another dental practice in the Bridgend area.
Please do not worry if you need urgent dental treatment during this period. If you have any swelling, bleeding, trauma or pain and need to see a dentist urgently, call our helpline on 0300 123 50 60.
This number is for urgent dental care only, not for routine care or check-ups. Our team will give you an appointment if you meet the urgent dental care criteria to be seen.
We also plan to establish a new dental practice in the Bridgend area and will share all the information on this as soon as possible.
Again, thank you for your patience during this period, and please be reassured if you need urgent dental care, our teams will be here for you.
Thank you.
